Sports
Air Cadets have a wide range of sports to choose from, both in team activities and individual events.
Competitions are held between units, Wings and at Region level, all the way up to Corps representation and sometimes beyond.
Linford Christie, Geoff Capes (ask your parents!) and Rory Underwood were all Air Cadets.
It is impossible to list every event but you could find yourself representing your unit at football, rugby, swimming, netball, hockey, cross country or athletics.
Alternatively you might just try something new and enjoy it.
